Rococo Porcelain Group of Six Putti with Fruits – Capodimonte Style

An elaborate European porcelain figural group depicting six playful putti surrounded by colourful fruits, flowers and flowing drapery, in the Rococo Revival style.

This charming composition celebrates the themes of harvest, joy and abundance, featuring six beautifully modelled child figures arranged in expressive poses.

At the centre, a standing putto raises an elegant flowing drapery in shades of purple and cream, while five additional figures interact playfully among clusters of grapes, colourful fruits and delicate foliage.

The sculpture is distinguished by its detailed modelling, softly painted facial features, carefully rendered hair and lively polychrome decoration.

The entire composition rests on an ornamental porcelain base embellished with floral garlands, pastel-coloured roses, a central purple bow and delicate gilded accents.

The underside features a small blue mark resembling a crowned N, traditionally associated with the Capodimonte porcelain tradition and also used by various European manufacturers.
The precise manufacturer remains unidentified. The piece is considered a European Rococo Revival porcelain group, possibly of German origin and dating from the 20th century.
With its generous proportions and intricate details, this decorative sculpture is an attractive addition to classical interiors and collections of European porcelain.
